By submitting an application, you authorize us to verify information through third-party sources, obtain credit reports, contact references, and conduct background checks as necessary.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchase. You may choose not to opt in to SMS communications and still receive all our funding services.
If you choose to opt in to receive text messages from TRANS AMERICA PROTECTION CORPORATION, the following terms apply:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not sell or share your mobile phone number with third-party marketers without your explicit consent. Your mobile number will only be used for communications related to your account and our services. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and location.
If your application is approved, you will receive a separate funding agreement outlining the funding amount, repayment terms, interest rates, fees, and additional conditions. You must review and sign the funding agreement before any funds are disbursed.
You are responsible for repaying all funded amounts according to the terms outlined in your funding agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees, negative credit impact, collection actions, or legal proceedings.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trans America Protection Corporation and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that your application will be approved or that funding will be provided.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANS AMERICA PROTECTION CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trans America Protection Corporation from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
